Day 1

Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

Dinner and Breakfast in Arusha

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you are met by your private safari guide and transferred to Arusha for rest and recovery after your international flight. This is a slow, grounding start to the journey. No safari driving today, just comfort, briefing, and preparation for the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Karatu

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2.5–3 hours). This is a strong opening park: elephants dominate here, and the landscape is raw, iconic Africa with baobab forests and seasonal rivers. Afternoon game drive introduces your first wildlife encounters: elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and abundant birdlife.

Day 3

Transfer to Serengeti (via Ngorongoro Highlands)

After an early breakfast, journey through the highlands and Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to the legendary Serengeti National Park. Arrive in time for an introductory game drive across the endless plains, where wildlife roams freely in one of Africa’s most iconic landscapes. Settle into your lodge in Central Serengeti, enjoying sunset views and the sounds of the wild.

Day 4

Full Day Tarangire National Park

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Serengeti

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti with expertly guided game drives tailored to wildlife movement and your personal interests. Track predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, while also enjoying herds of elephants, wildebeest, and zebras across open savannahs. A picnic lunch in the bush enhances the experience, offering uninterrupted immersion in nature.

Day 5

Serengeti → Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before slowly heading towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim in the late afternoon, where sweeping views of the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera set the tone for a romantic evening. Relax at your lodge with sunset over the crater.

Day 6

Ngorongoro Crater Safari → Karatu

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Karatu / Mto wa Mbu

Descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense environments. Expect excellent sightings of black rhino, lions, buffalo, elephants, and flamingos around the soda lakes. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and continue to Karatu or Mto wa Mbu for a restful evening.

Day 7

Lake Manyara National Park → Return to Arusha

Breakfast, Lunch

After breakfast, explore Lake Manyara National Park, known for its lush groundwater forest, flamingo-filled lake, and tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a short but rewarding game drive before returning to Arusha in the afternoon. End of safari with drop-off at your hotel or airport.
