Day 1

Arrival in Tanzania – Kilimanjaro International Airport

Karibu Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by an Explore Jambo Maasai representative. After a short safari briefing, transfer to your hotel in Arusha where you can relax after your international flight and prepare for your exciting adventure. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore Arusha town or simply unwind at the lodge.
Day 2

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, approximately a two-hour drive from Arusha. Tarangire is famous for its giant baobab trees and one of Africa's largest elephant populations. During your full-day game drive, you'll encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, lions, leopards, and hundreds of bird species. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it one of Tanzania's finest parks for exceptional game viewing. After an exciting day, continue to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3

Tarangire – Central Serengeti National Park

Following breakfast, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands toward the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. As you travel through Maasai villages and rolling landscapes, enjoy spectacular views before entering the Serengeti. Your afternoon game drive begins immediately after entering the park, offering opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and countless antelope species. The Serengeti is home to the Great Wildebeest Migration and one of Africa's richest predator populations.
Day 4

Full-Day Safari in Serengeti National Park

Spend the entire day exploring the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. Your expert guide will tailor the day's game drives based on seasonal wildlife movements, maximizing your chances of unforgettable wildlife encounters. Depending on the season, you may witness: The Great Wildebeest Migration Lion prides on the hunt Leopards resting in acacia trees Cheetahs sprinting across the plains Large herds of elephants and buffalo Hippos and crocodiles along the rivers Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon safari.
Day 5

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey offers additional wildlife viewing as you travel across the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the afternoon, where spectacular panoramic views await. Relax at your lodge overlooking one of Africa's greatest natural wonders.
Day 6

Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara

After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a remarkable game drive. Known as Africa's "Garden of Eden," the crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife within its enclosed ecosystem. Look out for black rhinos, elephants, lions, hippos, hyenas, jackals, flamingos, and countless grazing animals. After lunch, continue to the Lake Manyara area for dinner and overnight.
Day 7

Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha – Departure

Breakfast, Lunch
Enjoy breakfast before entering Lake Manyara National Park for your final safari. Although smaller than Tanzania's other northern parks, Lake Manyara offers remarkable biodiversity, including lush groundwater forests, open grasslands, hot springs, and the alkaline lake itself. After your game drive and picnic lunch, return to Arusha or transfer directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
